Campfire Beans- Slow-cooked beans and braised pork belly in a robust sweet molasses sauce
Foil Baked Potato
Baked Potato- We wrap a one pound Idaho potato in tin foil, add Cheddar cheese, crispy bacon bits and sour cream
Smashed Red Potatoes
Smashed Red Potatoes- Slightly smashed garlic red potatoes served with a rich beef gravy
Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
Bacon Wrapped Asparagus- Fresh Asparagus spears wrapped in bacon and served with bacon-butter.
Creamed Spinach with Bacon- Fresh garden spinach, slow-cooked in a rich bacon-Béchamel, and topped with crispy bacon.
